These Terms govern your use of YES or YES (the “Service”), available at justsayyesto.me. The Service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Gleb Maksimov (ID 300430521), registered in Georgia (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

YES or YES lets you create a personalized invitation link to send to someone. On the invitation page the “No” button playfully dodges, as a lighthearted way to ask someone out. The recipient’s answer is emailed to the sender.

2. Acceptable use

The Service is meant for lighthearted, good-natured fun between people who know each other. You agree not to use it to:

• harass, threaten, pressure, stalk or intimidate anyone;
• contact people who have asked not to be contacted, or with whom you have no reasonable basis;
• upload unlawful, hateful, sexual, or abusive content;
• impersonate others or upload content you do not have the right to use.

The playful runaway-“No” mechanic is a joke. In real life, “no” is always a valid answer - please respect it.

3. Your content

You are responsible for any names, photos, notes, music links and other content you add to an invitation. You confirm you have the right to use it. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide your invitation. We may remove content or links that violate these Terms.

4. Premium & payments

Premium is an optional one-time purchase ($9.99 per invitation) that unlocks extra personalization. Payments are processed by our secure third-party payment provider. See our Pricing and Refund Policy.

5. Availability & disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for how invitations are used between people.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
