Premium is a one-time digital product ($9.99 per invitation) that is unlocked instantly after purchase.

Digital delivery

Because Premium is delivered and unlocked immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the features are unlocked.

When we do refund

We want you to be happy. If any of the following apply, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the issue or issue a full refund:

• the Premium features did not unlock or did not work;
• you were charged by mistake or charged more than once;
• the product was not as described.

How to request

Email support@justsayyesto.me with your purchase details. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via our payment provider.
