YES or YES (justsayyesto.me) is a playful way to send someone a “yes” invitation - a lighthearted ask, not a planner and not a tool for pressuring anyone. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and why. The Service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Gleb Maksimov (ID 300430521), registered in Georgia. 1. The sender’s email

When you create an invitation we ask for your email for one reason: to send you the recipient’s answer. That’s it. The recipient never sees the sender’s email - it isn’t shown on the invitation page or anywhere else.

2. What we store

• The invitation details you enter - your question and the names.
• The recipient’s answer (the “Yes”) and an optional short note they may add.
• Operational and analytics events (e.g. an invitation was created or opened) without personal data, so we can keep the product working and understand usage.

3. What never goes into analytics

We use PostHog for privacy-light usage analytics. We deliberately do not send the following to it: your email, the text of your question, the names, the text of the answer, or any Spotify/song link. Analytics sees that something happened - not who or what was said.

4. Who we share with

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service: Resend (to deliver the answer email) and PostHog (the non-personal analytics above). They process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Deleting your data

After you create an invitation, you get a personal management link - keep it. From there you can turn the invitation off or request deletion. You can also email support@justsayyesto.me any time and we’ll remove it for you.

6. The invitation link

An invitation link can be opened by anyone who has it - there’s no login wall. Share it with the person you mean to ask, and only with them.

7. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 16 and over. It is not directed at children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version.
